"I think I understand better, peoples problems, when they say they have cancer. You have a tendency to say, "Yes I know, and I'm sorry." And that's the end of it. Nowadays I think if I took care of a cancer patient, I think I'd be more sympathetic. You can't involve yourself with everybody's problems. But you could at least maybe show a little bit more concern."
